International card payments
Transactions made using international cards may take an additional 2-3 working days to process. This part of your payout may be delayed and included in a future payout.

Public holidays
Many of the third-party banks and card schemes we use to process transactions are based in Germany and the US. Bank holidays in these countries pause the payment process, which may delay daily or weekly payouts by 1-3 working days.
