Send a receipt

  1. After accepting payment with the Solo, select whether to send your receipt via SMS or email.

  2. Enter the relevant customer contact details and confirm with the tick.

  3. A confirmation screen will appear. Tap “Done” to finish.

Why send receipts?

Receipts provide proof of a transaction, making them potentially valuable evidence if someone files a retrieval request, fraud report or chargeback.

Resend a receipt

  1. On your Solo, open your sales history and select the transaction for which you want to resend a receipt.

  2. Tap the transaction on the screen again and then select “Receipt”.

  3. Choose whether to resend the receipt via email or SMS.

  4. Enter the relevant customer contact details and confirm with the tick.

  5. A confirmation screen will appear. Tap “Done” to return to your sales history.

Note:

For privacy reasons, we don’t store any contact info used for receipts. So make a note of anything you might need later.
