Confirm a payment
If you need proof of payment or confirmation of a transfer, contact our Support team and they’ll send you a copy of the information.
Recovering a transfer
It is only possible to recover money via a chargeback for card-not-present payments if either:
Someone wrongfully deducted money from your account
You have not received the service that you paid for
In any other scenario, including verified Business Account transfers, the money has left your account and we won’t be able to recover it. In such cases, your best option would be to contact the recipient and ask them to send the money back.
