Block your SumUp Card
On your SumUp profile, click on the “Business Account” tab in the left-hand menu.
Click "Card" and then move the "Freeze card" toggle to the active position.
Click "Freeze card" to confirm.
To permanently block your card, contact our Support Team. By informing us of your lost or stolen card, we can permanently block the card and send you a replacement.
You can also change your PIN, for extra peace of mind.
Should our Support Agents be unavailable, please always temporarily deactivate your card and then call back during regular business hours.
