How to block your SumUp Card
Log in to your SumUp profile.
Click on the “SumUp Card” tab in the left menu.
In the “Settings” box, you can switch the toggle next to “Card is active”.
Next, contact our Support Team, informing us about your lost or stolen card. We will permanently block the card for you, and then send you a replacement.
Should our agents be unavailable, please always temporarily deactivate your card and then call back during regular business hours.
