Your Solo is available for a one-time purchase fee of £119 (excl. VAT). You pay a small fee per transaction and there are no subscription fees, meaning you only pay when you’re getting paid.
Your Solo is able to connect to the internet with its built-in SIM card with unlimited data or via a Wi-Fi network.
The Solo can process credit or debit cards from Visa, V Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
You can quickly and easily send digital receipts directly to your customers via email or SMS using the Solo.
You can easily issue refunds directly from the Solo by accessing your sales history and selecting the transaction to refund.
You can accept tips by enabling tipping on your Solo.
The Solo comes with a special Smart Tipping feature, offering customers dynamic tipping options based on the entered payment amount.
Create employee profiles via your SumUp profile or the app to enable unique employees logins to keep your profile details private. Enabling employee profiles also allows you to track individual sales histories and customise who is able to issue refunds.
Your Solo charges using a 2.0 USB type C cable attached either directly to the device or via the included charging cradle. You can continue to accept payments as the Solo charges.
