Where can I check my balance?

You can easily check the balance of your SumUp Card by logging in to your SumUp App or SumUp profile and selecting "SumUp Card" on the Home screen. From there you’ll find a section listing your balance.

How can I change the payout method?

Once you have activated your SumUp Card, the payment method will automatically switch from bank transfer to SumUp Card. All following transactions will be paid out to your SumUp Card.

  1. On your SumUp profile, select the “SumUp Card” tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Go to "Payout settings" and click on "Change". You will be directed to the “Settings” tab.

  3. Select “Direct to bank account”.

  4. Click “Continue” to confirm your payout method.

Can I make a transfer to my bank account?

You can transfer funds to your registered bank account. Just follow these steps:

  1. On your SumUp profile, open the “SumUp Card” tab.

  2. Click on “Transfer” in the “Overview” tab.

  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.

  4. Confirm by clicking “Transfer”.

You’ll receive the amount as a regular payout.

Can I add more funds to my SumUp Card?

This isn’t a feature that we currently offer, however, we are always working to expand our services.
