Pricing and fees

There are no monthly fees associated with SumUp Invoices. However, the transaction fee per card payment that is processed via the link on the invoice is 2.5%.

Accessing Invoices on the SumUp profile

  1. On your SumUp profile, click on the “Invoices” tab in the left-hand panel.

  2. Choose "Start invoicing".

  3. Select “New invoice”.

  4. Add your business information.

Next step: You can now create and send invoices from your SumUp Dashboard.

Enabling SumUp Invoices in the app

  1. Make sure your SumUp App is up to date.

  2. Open the SumUp App and log in.

  3. Tap on "More” at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

  4. Select “Invoices”.

  5. Here, you’ll be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by clicking the checkbox.

  6. Choose “Start invoicing”.

  7. Confirm that your business details are correct

Note: You can edit the details on your SumUp Invoices.

Next step: You can now create and send invoices from your SumUp App.
