How to add a motive on a discount?

To allow the adding of a comment on a custom discount, you must have to activate the "comments on discounts" module from your back office.

Back Office > Configuration > Your modules > Payment > Comments on discounts

In this way, each time a discount is made in € or in % on one of your products, the addition of a motive is mandatory.
