If you have not activated the Kitchen Printing module you can activate the module quickly from your Back Office.
If you will access your Back Office from your iPad, you simply go to Settings ⚙️> BackOffice, in the case you will access with your computer, open your browser and type: https://app.tillersystems.com/
On your Back Office click on Configuration > Your modules
Select > Order Sending Settings and activate the Kitchen Printing module by clicking on the the red circle to the right of the module.
If you click on configuration you will be able to increase the print ticket font size by selecting Increase printing size and to print ticket margins by selecting Top margin on preparation tickets. Finally, click on Save.
Once you have activated the Kitchen Printing module you will see the Relay button on the lower right corner of the ordering page. Once a product is sent to the kitchen you will notice a green checkmark on the right side of the product name.
