How do I print a provisional ticket on a delivery / click&collect order?

If you need to print out a provisional ticket before your order closes, simply go to the order and click on the "print ticket" button. WARNING: this ticket is a provisional ticket. 

You will only be able to print a final receipt when the order is closed.
