Refuse a direct debit payment
You can refuse a direct debit payment right up until the moment the money leaves your account.
On your SumUp profile, open the "Business Account" tab from the left side of the screen.
Hit “Upcoming payments” to view your direct debits.
Select the direct debit payment.
Choose “Refuse payment” to block the direct debit payment.
Retrieve payments
You can also request the refund of a direct debit payment if the money has already left your account.
