Issue receipts with the Solo Card Reader

  1. Tap or drag the arrow icon at the top of your Solo's screen. Then select "Sales Overview".

  2. Find and select the payment for which you want to resend a receipt.

  3. Tap the payment on the screen again, then select “Receipt”.

  4. Choose whether you want to send the receipt again via email or SMS.

  5. Enter the customer’s contact details and confirm with the checkmark.

A confirmation screen will appear. Tap “Done” to return to the Sales Summary. For privacy reasons, we don’t store contact information used for receipts, so remember to make a note of anything you might need later.


Make sure your card reader stays connected to the printer while printing, otherwise both devices could be damaged.

Why send receipts?

Receipts serve as proof of payment and are therefore valuable evidence in the event of an information request, fraud report or chargeback.
