Reset Password - SumUp - Support Center

If you have forgotten your SumUp password and would like to reset it, you have the option to request an email that lets you reset your password on your login screen at sumup.me as well as in the SumUp App.

Just click “Forgot your password?” underneath the “Login” button. You will be asked to enter your SumUp email address. After entering your email address, please click on “Reset Password”.

We will immediately send you an email that contains a button labeled “New Password”. Please click on the button and you will be redirected to a page that allows you to enter and confirm a new password.

Once complete, select the “Reset Password” button to confirm your new password.

Your password has now been successfully reset and you can now log in to your SumUp Dashboard or the SumUp App using your new login details.

Change Password

You can also change your password in your SumUp Profile at sumup.me. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “Profile” section in the left-hand menu, and then choose “Settings” from the sub-menu that expands underneath.

You now need to enter your current password as well as your new password. Click “Change Password” to save your changes.

Your password has now been successfully changed and you can now log in to your SumUp Dashboard or the SumUp App using your new login details.
