Recovering a Business Account* transfer

Once money leaves your Business Account* as part of a verified transfer, we won’t be able to recover it. In such cases, your best option would be to contact the recipient and ask them to send the money back.

Recover a card payment

Money paid via card-not-present transactions, such as online payments using your card, may be recovered by requesting a chargeback. You can do this in two scenarios:

  • Someone wrongfully deducted money from your account

  • You have not received the service that you paid for
