• From the iPad: Access to open, incoming, and canceled orders, cash flow, and printers

    • Dashboard: View of Sales, # of customers, average sales, and data on products

    • Catalog menus: Create special menus (e.g. happy hour menu or other special menus)

    • Users for iPad: If the store have employees or partners, this is where you set the login for the iPads

How to create a new user and give access to the Back Office

Step One

Navigate to Settings > Back Office > Configuration > Your Business. Then, click Add user (the green button in the upper right hand corner). 

Step Two

Next, choose a username, new email, and role. Click + Add to save the changes. 

How to manage user rights

Each user can have different access to your register or iPad, and these permissions are managed directly on your iPad from the Your users tab in the Back Office.  

Step One

Navigate to Settings > Back Office > Your users. To change user access from your computer, go to app.tillersystems.com

Step Two

Next, click on the user whose permissions you want to update. Once you’re done, click Edit to save the changes.  

Create a new user

If you need to create a new user, click the green + Add user button at the bottom of the Your users tab. Add the user's name, password, and accesses before clicking Submit to save your changes. 

How to disconnect an iPad from your POS license

Each iPad device (as part of your Point of Sale setup) is associated with only one license. In case you need to start using your license with a different device, disconnect the device by navigating to Back Office > Settings > Your devices > Disconnect. 

How to log off from your iPad 

On your iPad, Press Settings > Disconnect.
