When you open a free SumUp Business Bank Account, you’ll receive a free SumUp Mastercard to use on purchases in-store and online. Once you order your card, it’ll be shipped to the address associated with your SumUp Account.

Delivery cost

Delivery is completely free of charge.

Card delivery time

Your card will typically take 4-5 business days to reach you, depending on where you live and the distance your card has to cover on its way to you.

Please ensure that your name and delivery address match the information you added when ordering your card, or you may experience delays in receiving it.

My card didn’t arrive

If you accidentally request your free Mastercard to be shipped to an invalid or out-of-date address, your order cannot be amended once it’s been placed. However, your funds will still be protected because of the card’s PIN.
