Freeze my card (or temporarily deactivate my card)

  1. From the SumUp App, click on the “Business Account” tile.

  2. Click the "Card" icon at the bottom of the screen. Then, move the "Freeze card" toggle to the active position.

  3. Click "Freeze card" to confirm.

Reactivate my card

  1. From the SumUp App, click on the “Business Account” tile.

  2. Click the "Card" icon at the bottom of the screen. Then, move the "Freeze card" toggle to the inactive position.

To permanently block your card, contact our Support Team. By informing us of your lost or stolen card, we can permanently block the card and send you a replacement.

Keep in mind that you can change your PIN at any time as an additional safety measure.

If our Support Team is unavailable, please temporarily deactivate your card and then call back again during regular business hours.
