Note:

If you have an existing catalog of items, you can alsoimport multiple items to your item catalog all at once.

Manage my items on the SumUp Dashboard

Find my item catalog

  1. On your SumUp Dashboard, select "Invoices" in the left-hand panel.

  2. Select “Items” to bring up your item catalog.

Add an item

  1. In the items section of the invoices tab, click “New Item”.

  2. Fill in the relevant details, including optionally adding an item description and image.

  3. Tap “Save” to confirm.

You can also save items whilecreating an invoice on your SumUp Dashboard by entering the item details on the invoice creation screen and clicking “Save Item”.

Search for an item

You can search for items in your item catalog with the search function at the top of the page. Alternatively, items can be sorted by item number, name, description or price.

Edit an item

  1. Select the item you wish to edit in the items section of the invoices tab.

  2. Amend the relevant information.

  3. Click “Done” to confirm.

Alternatively, click the three dots by an item’s price and select “Open” to bring up editing options.

Delete an item

  1. Tap the three dots beside an item’s price in the items section of the invoices tab.

  2. Select “Delete”.

  3. Click “Delete” again in the pop-up to confirm.

Manage my items in the app

Find my item catalog

  1. On the SumUp App, tap “Invoices” on the Home screen.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Items”.

This list is also accessible from the invoice creation screen by tapping “Add item” and then ”Your items”.

Add an item

  1. Tap “New item” in the item catalog.

  2. Enter the relevant information.

  3. Hit “Save” to confirm.

You can also save an item directly while building an invoice on the app by entering the relevant information and clicking “Save item”.

Search for an item

You can search for items in your item catalog using the search function at the top of the screen. Alternatively, scroll through the item catalog, which is ordered alphabetically.

Edit an item

Simply tap an item in the item catalog to bring up the option to edit. Hit “Save” when you’re happy with the changes.

You can also save changes to an item directly from the invoice creation screen on the app by adding the item, amending the details and clicking “Save changes”.

Delete an item

  1. Tap the pencil icon in the top corner of the item catalog.

  2. Select the items you wish to delete.

  3. Tap “Delete” to confirm.

Note:

Items added on the app and your profile will synchronize and items added on one will also be available on the other. If you add an item to your Items section it will also be available under Invoices.
