Your payout is the sum of all your card payments processed by SumUp. You can customise how and when you want to receive your payouts based on your preferences.

We process your transactions and then transfer the funds, minus our transaction fee to your bank account. Depending on your bank's settlement procedures, this may take 1-3 business days from the transaction date to the day the funds appear on your bank account.

By default, your payouts are set to daily. If you don’t want to receive daily payouts, you also have the option of weekly or monthly.

- Log in at sumup.me.
- Click on the left menu and select “Settings”.
- Make sure your payout method is set to “Direct to bank account”.
- Choose your preferred payout frequency.
You will be able to change your payout settings at any time. This will impact only the payout frequency of your future sales. Your previous sales will be deposited according to your former payout plan.
