This page gives you an overview of all the reports available to you as a merchant, so you can see how to get the most out of SumUp and take your business even further.

Revenue Report: a full overview of all the goods or services you've sold over a period of time. Makes taxes easier by sending a PDF version to the relevant financial authorities.

Sales Report: a detailed list of your sales activity over any given period of time, including both cash and card payments.

Payout Report: a list of all the card transactions that have already been paid out to your bank account–including the date of the payout and the associated fees.

Transaction Report: an overview of all your transactions including card payments, cash payments, and refunds.

Revenue Report

What is it? What can you use it for?

The Revenue Report provides you with a full overview of all the goods or services you've sold over a period of time.

It makes your tax declaration easier by downloading your report as a PDF and sending it to all the relevant financial authorities.

SumUp's Revenue Report gives you a breakdown of your business activity sorted by category, payment method, and employees.

Where can you find it?

You can download your Revenue Report from the dashboard at sumup.me.

    1. Go to the "Transactions" page.
    2. Select your desired timeframe using the button at the top left of the page.
    3. Click on the "My Reports" button at the top right of the page.
    4. Select "Revenue Report".
Sales Report

What is it? What can you use it for?

The Sales Report gives you a detailed list of your sales activity over any given period of time.

Used in combination with the product catalogue, SumUp's Sales Reports will give you an overview of all your cash and card transactions, showing you what items you sold, how many you sold, and what tax category they fall under.

Where can you find it?

To download your Sales Report, go to the dashboard at sumup.me.

    1. Go to the "Transactions" page.
    2. Select your desired timeframe using the button at the top left of the page.
    3. Click on the "My Reports" button at the top right of the page.
    4. Select "Sales Report".
Payout Report

What is it? What can you use it for?

The Payout Report is a list of all the card transactions that have already been paid out to your bank account–including the date of the payout and the associated transaction fees.

There are two types of Payout Reports: daily, and monthly.

Daily Monthly
The Daily Payout Report shows you all the transactions included in the payout to your bank account on the same day.

Please note, this doesn't mean that the money will be available immediately. Depending on your bank and the day of the week, it can take up to 3 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account.

Where can you find it?

To download a Daily or Monthly Payout Report, go to the dashboard at sumup.me.

    1. Go to the "Transactions" page.
    2. Click on the "My Reports” button at the top right of the page.
    3. Select "Payout Report".
    4. Select "Daily" or "Monthly".
    5. Choose the date or month and year that you want a report for.
    6. Click "Resend report".

Note: You can resend a report whenever you like, just follow the same steps as above.

Transaction Report

What is it? What can you use it for?

The Transaction Report is an overview of all your transactions, including card payments, cash payments, and refunds. You can view the payment method, the status of a transaction, the customer’s card details and a transaction description if it was added.

Where can you find it?

You can download your Transactions Report from the dashboard at sumup.me.

    1. Go to the "Transactions" page.
    2. Select your desired "Period", "Payment Type", "Status" and "Employees" using the buttons at the top left of the page.
    3. Then click on the "My Reports" button at the top right of the page.
    4. Select "Transaction Report".
    5. Pick which format you want to download.
    6. Click "Export file".
