Change email address
If you want to change the email address linked to your SumUp Account, please send an email to our Support Team at email@example.com from the original email address you registered and include your new email address in the body of your message.

Change mobile phone number
In order to change your mobile phone number, send an email to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your old and new phone numbers in the body of your message.
A change in your mobile phone number won’t affect your card reader and your transaction in any way. We only need your mobile number for our database.
If you want to change your address, please email email@example.com with a recent (less than 6 months) copy of a bank statement or utility bill with your current address displayed. As soon as we have received your proof, we will change your address accordingly.
Change business name
To change the business name of your account, we’ll need a copy of your official company registration document (with the requested business name on it). Send the copy to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and once processed we will change the name in our database accordingly.
If you are registered as a Sole Proprietor and would like to change your business name, please email email@example.com with your request to begin the process.
