Cancel my card
Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.
In the "Manage card" box, click the icon with three dots and choose "Cancel card".
Check the cancellation terms and click "Next".
Select the reason you're cancelling your card.
Enter your password and click "Cancel card".
You can also transfer money out of your Business Account and close your Business Account if you no longer need it.
You won't be able to order a new card for a period after cancelling. For lost or stolen cards, use the replacement flow to replace your SumUp Card.
