Every SumUp Invoice, credit note and quote you send is accompanied by a template email. Here’s how you can change your email template to personalise your invoicing emails.

Change my email templates

Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and click "Invoices" in the left navigation panel.
Select "Settings" and choose "Email templates".
Edit the subject and body text for your invoices, credit notes or quotes. Changes will save automatically.

Translate my email

SumUp Invoices allows you to translate your invoice emails. Enter text, such as your company name, within placeholders {{like this}} to prevent it being translated.

As a Pro plan user, you can customise your invoice’s design and layout to suit your brand. However, the Free plan still allows you to upload a company logo.
