Update my password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login screen of both the SumUp profile and app.
Click "Forgot your password?".
Enter your email address and click "Request password reset"
We'll send you an email. Follow the instructions within to enter and confirm your new password.
If the reset email doesn't arrive after multiple attempts, check your spam folder then check and update your email address to ensure it's correct.
Entering the wrong password five times in a row will freeze your profile for five minutes. Attempting to log in during the freeze will reset the timer.
