Change your business details
To do so, please send us an email containing:
Business with a legal type other than sole trader: a copy of your official company registration document, which should include the new business name or address.
Sole trader/freelancer: a copy of a supplier's invoice or a link to an online presence such as a website with a legal notice or a professional Facebook page.
We will confirm the change.

To change the signatory of a company's SumUp profile, please send us the ID of an executive of the company, as stated in the business registration, and a power of attorney in the name of the new signatory signed by the aforementioned executive via email.
Once this is changed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Changing the legal type will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please send us your new company registration documents via email and state the reason for this change. We will confirm the change via email.

We are happy to add your VAT information once you have provided our Support Team with it via email. We will confirm the amendment via email.
Note: Your VAT starts with a 2 letter country code followed by 10 digits.
Close your SumUp profile
If you want to close or delete your SumUp profile, please email our Support Team, as only they can close your profile for you. Please clearly state whether you wish to close or delete your SumUp profile.
Once your profile is closed, you won't be able to download transaction and payout reports. Make sure you have saved all the information you need before closing your profile.
