Manage customer notifications

  1. On your SumUp profile, click “Online Store” in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select “Settings” and then “Notifications”.

  3. Enable or disable notifications with the toggle and click “Edit” to edit the content of your notifications, including:

    • Email subject, title and body

    • Calls to action (CTAs)

    • Order summaries

    • Email footers

Note:

It’s currently only possible to edit email content from the SumUp profile on a browser.
