Send or export payout reports - SumUp

Send or download your payout reports so you can always access them when you need them. Take control of your reports and use them to help with your accounting.

Download or send payout reports

On your SumUp profile, ensure you're on the “Home” tab in the left navigation panel.
Choose "All reports".
Under Payouts & Fees, select "Payout Reports" and choose between daily or month payout reports.
Select the time period you wish your report to cover.
Choose "Export file" to download your report as a PDF.
Click "Export file" to confirm the download.

You can also check the status of your payouts on your SumUp profile or app.

Note:

For daily payout reports, select the date of the payout, not the date of the transaction or when the money reached your bank. You can't generate daily reports for the current day or monthly reports for the current month.
