Discount orders and items
When taking an order on the app or POS Lite, open the shopping cart and tap the price tag symbol in the top corner.
Tap the dropdown to choose what type of discount to apply:
Percentage - tap the percentage symbol and enter the discount to be applied as a percentage
Fixed amount - tap the pound symbol and enter a fixed amount to be discounted
Optionally, enter a description of the discount as a reminder for later.
The discount will be automatically applied to all items in the shopping cart. You can edit or remove the discount by tapping the price tag symbol again and making relevant changes.
View discounted transactions
Check your transaction history to view discounts applied to past orders.
