Block your SumUp Card

  1. On your SumUp profile, click on the "Business Account" tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click "Card" and then move the "Freeze card" toggle to the active position.

  3. Click "Freeze card" to confirm.

After placing a temporary block on your card, contact our Support Team if you need to permanently block your card.

Lost your card?

You can also cancel and replace your SumUp Card if it's irrecoverably lost of damaged.
