You can also import multiple customers to your customer list all at once.

Manage my customers on the SumUp profile

  1. On your SumUp profile, click the “Invoices” tab in the left-hand panel.

  2. Then select “Customers”.

  1. In your customer list, select “New Customer”.

  2. Enter the customer’s details.

  3. Click “Done” to confirm when you're ready.

You can also save customers while creating an invoice on your SumUp profile by entering their details on the invoice creation page and clicking “Save customer”.

You can search for customers using the search function in the customer list.

You’re also able to order customers in your customer list by customer number, name, email address or phone number.

Simply click on the customer in your customer list to view their associated information. From here, you can view past and present invoices, credit notes and outstanding balance.

You can also download this information as an account statement by clicking “Account statement” and selecting the relevant filters.

Click on a customer’s name in the customer list and select “Edit” to amend customer information or “Delete” to remove the customer from your list.

Alternatively, tap the three dots beside a customer’s information and select “Open” to edit or “Delete” to delete.

Manage my customers in the app

  1. On the SumUp App, tap “Invoices” on the Home screen.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Customers”.

This list is also accessible from the invoice creation screen by tapping “Add customer” and then ”Customers”.

  1. Tap “New customer” in your customer list.

  2. Enter the relevant information.

  3. Hit “Save” to confirm.

You can also save a customer as you create an invoice on the app by entering the relevant information and clicking “Save customer”.

The search function at the top of the screen allows you to search your customer list for specific customers. Customers are also listed alphabetically to make them easier to find.

  1. In your customer list, tap the three dots beside a customer’s name.

  2. Select “Edit customer” and amend the relevant details.

  3. Tap “Save” to confirm.

Alternatively, tap "Customers" to add a customer on the invoice creation screen. Then edit their details and press “Save customer” to save the changes.

  2. Select “Delete customer”.

  3. Tap “Delete” in the pop-up to confirm.

Note:

Customers will synchronise across your SumUp profile and app so customers added on one will also be available on the other.
