On your SumUp profile, select "Sales" from the left of the home screen.
Select the transaction you want to resend a receipt for.
Tap the symbol within the transaction summary that looks like a torn off receipt then select "Send receipt via Email".
Enter the recipient's email address and click "Send".
Connect to a Bluetooth printer via the SumUp app, then, on the app, tap "Sales" at the bottom of the screen.
Select the transaction you want to reprint a receipt for.
Tap "Receipt" and then "Print receipt" or tap the printer icon in the top corner.
Receipts provide proof of a transaction, making them potentially valuable evidence if someone files a retrieval request, fraud report or chargeback.
