View my Online Store orders
On your SumUp profile, select the "Online Store" tab in the left navigation panel.
Then choose “Orders”.
Alternatively, go to your Online Store Overview page to see the five most recent orders and view all orders by simply clicking “View all orders”.
From this overview, you can filter to see all orders or just unfulfilled ones. Click an order to view it's details, including what was ordered, customer details and shipping info.
You can opt to receive a notification when you receive an order with your Online Store so you can keep up to date with new orders.
Change the status of my order
Once you’ve selected an order from the overview page, you can change its order status to one of the following:
This is the default status for all new orders. Unfulfilled orders still need to be processed, packed and, if applicable, shipped.
Once an order is ready for customer pick up, set it to “Ready for pickup”. Your customer will receive an automated message notifying them.
When your order has been fully processed, the order status can be updated to “Fulfilled”. Your customer will receive an automated message notifying them.
Archived orders are those you no longer need to view or work on, so they will be greyed out on the order list.
