View my Online Store orders

  1. On your SumUp profile, select Online Store in the left navigation panel.

  2. Then choose “Overview”.

  3. You’ll be able to see the five most recent orders here. To view all orders, simply click “View all orders”.

  1. On the SumUp App, tap “Online Store” on the Home screen.

  2. Then hit “Orders” at the bottom of the screen.

  3. You’ll see your five most recent orders. To view the rest, just tap “View all orders”.

From the Overview screen, you can filter to view all orders or just unfulfilled ones. Click on a specific order to view its order details, including:

  • The list of ordered items, quantities and prices

  • Customer details

  • The shipping method chosen by your customer and delivery address

Note:

You can opt to receive a notification when you receive an order with your Online Store so you can keep up to date with new orders.

Changing the status of my order

Once you’ve selected an order from the overview page, you can change its order status to one of the following:

This is the default status for all new orders. Unfulfilled orders still need to be processed, packed and, if applicable, shipped.

Once an order is ready for customer pick up, set it to “Ready for pickup”. Your customer will receive an automated message notifying them.

When your order has been fully processed, the order status can be updated to “Fulfilled”. Your customer will receive an automated message notifying them.

Archived orders are those you no longer need to view or work on, so they will be greyed out on the order list.
