View transfer details

  1. Log in to your SumUp profile on a web browser or the app.

    • On a web browser, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.

    • On the app, scroll down and tap "Business Account".

  2. Select a payment to view its details, including its status:

    • Upcoming - payment will initiate soon

    • Processing - your payment is in progress

    • Unsuccessful - payment has failed

    • Successful - payment has been successfully taken

Download proof of payment for this transfer selecting "Download statement".
