Check transfer details
On your SumUp profile, select "Business Account" in the left-hand panel.
Select a payment to view its details, including its status:
Upcoming - payment will initiate soon
Processing - your payment is in progress
Unsuccessful - payment has failed
Successful - payment has been successfully taken
From here, you can click "Download statement" to download confirmation of your transfer.
If a payment fails, you may need to contact your creditor to arrange replacement payment. You can also learn more about what causes transfers to fail.
