Permanently close your profile
On your SumUp profile, click "Support" in the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down and select "Profile & security" and then "Profile details".
Select "Closing your profile" and send us a message clearly stating your desire to permanently close and delete your SumUp profile.
Before closing your profile
Download reports and make a note of any other relevant details you may to access once your profile is closed.
