Order a replacement card

  1. On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click "Card".

  3. In the "Manage card" box, click the icon with three dots and choose "Replace card".

  4. Check the conditions of return and click "Next".

  5. Select the reason you're replacing your card.

  6. Choose a delivery address or enter a new one and click "Next".

  7. Enter your password and click "Place order" to confirm.

Lost or stolen cards are cancelled immediately, but you can still use Apple Pay and Google Pay. Expiring cards are only cancelled once you activate the replacement card.
