How to connect the printer to the cash drawer? How to test/open your drawer?

In order to connect the printer to the till you need to follow the following steps:

1. Get the only cable that is coming out of the cash drawer (RJ11 - black flat cable).

2. Take the case off, which is located under the printer and it has a small symbol of a cash drawer.

3. Connect the cable to a small RJ11 port and it's done!.

In order to make sure that the till is connected as well: 

1. Access to the main page.

2. Press the key button placed on top on the right, and the till will be open automatically. If it does not open, make sure that it is not locked by the key. 

ATTENTION: If the cashier role is not assigned to the printer or the printer is disconnected in the application settings, the drawer will not open. To verify that you have to go to Settings - Devices. There you will find if the role is assigned and if the printer is connected correctly.
