In order to open the till, follow the next steps: 

1. Access to your SumUP app and slide the lock with your finger to the right.

2. It will show a calculator in which you will have to introduce your initial cash fund of the day. 

3. Press the button Validate.Now the till is open and ready to start the service. 

Notice that if you will use the same cash fund every day you can activate the mode > Default cash fund, in this way whenever you open the till, the pop-up will disappear. 

Also, if you want to modify your cash fund you can do it by: 

1. Accessing to Settings ⚙️ > Till management. 

2. Select Initial cash fund > introduce your cash fund.

3. Press Validate. 

It is very important to close your till at the end of the service. This will be shown in your Back Office in the reports section.

So, in order to close the till, follow the next steps: 

1. Access to > Settings ⚙️.

2. Go to > Till management section.

3. Make sure that you don't have any open orders (this will not allow you to close the till).

4. Now you can click  Close the Till / Z Ticket.

5. You will see a pop-up asking to confirm this action, please select > Confirm.
