In order to cancel a product already sent to the kitchen, please follow the next steps:
1. First of all, go to the open order.
2. You will find on the right the list of products, the products already sent to the kitchen will appear with a green checked icon ✅ .
3. To cancel a product just place your finger on the product and swipe to the left, it will appear “Cancel” in red.
4. You must click on it to validate the cancellation. The product will appear crossed out in red.
5. Also, a cancellation ticket will be sent to the kitchen.
In order to cancel the whole order follow the next steps:
1. Enter into Settings ⚙️ > Orders.
2. Then select > Open or closed.
3. Place your finger on the order you want to cancel and swipe to the left, it will appear “Cancel” in red.
4. It will show up a list for different reasons, choose one.
5. Then, a cancellation ticket will be printed.
6. You can check all your cancel orders on the section > Canceled.
