In order to claim an order already sent to the kitchen, please follow the steps below:
1. First of all, make sure that you have activated the module. In order to do this, please go to Settings ⚙️ > Back Office.
2. Then click on Configuration > Your modules > Order sending settings > Send back to the kitchen.
3. Remember to go back to your App and click on the refresh button
4. Now, after you have made the order and send it to the kitchen pressing > RELAY, you will have the option to claim the order to the kitchen.
5. Press the round-arrow icon on the top right of the order and it will come out with a list with Recall on it, select it and that is all.
