What is the meaning of the colours associated to any table?

 In order to distinguish between the different states of the orders, there are different colors associated to the tables:

Available (white): Table free without any assigned order or reservation. 

Opened (blue): Table with an order in progress. 

Cash In (green): Table with the prebill printed (provisional document). 

Locked (gray): Table opened by another user to which you do not have access into. (Ask for your user rights: Access to all orders). 

Booked (red): Table with an assigned reservation.
