Each user can have different access to the till.You can manage these rights from the Your users (IPAD) tab in your Back Office.
If you will access your Back Office from your iPad, you simply go to Settings ⚙️> BackOffice, in the case you will access with your computer, open your browser and type: https://app.tillersystems.com/
On your Back Office click on Settings > Your Users (IPAD). If you don't see this section, go to Settings > Modules > Store Settings > Toggle on "User authentication".
Once in the tab, simply click on the user in question and manage the different accesses he/she will have.
When you are done, simply click on Edit to update the rights.
You can create a new user by clicking on Add User. Then simply assign the users name, password and accesses. Finally, click on Submit.
Here are the different accesses you can manage from the back office:
Access to settings: Gives access to the application settings.
In the Till access to: "Open orders", "Incoming orders", "Cancelled orders", "Cash flow", "History", "Your printers" and "Assistance".
In the "Settings" section, access to: "Your settings", "Your printers", "Back Office" and "Assistance".
Access to discounts: Allows the user to make discounts on a product or the entire order.
Access to Product cancellation: Allows the user to cancel products when placing an order.
Access to Payment cancellation: Allows the user to cancel an executed payment during the payment of the order.
Access to opening the cash drawer: Allows the user to open the cash drawer at any time from the application.
Access to all orders: Allows the user to see and access all current orders. If access is disabled, the user will be able to only access to the orders he/she has made with his login.
Access to closed orders: Allows the user to access closed and cancelled orders in the application settings (the "Settings" access must be enabled to access these orders).
Access to all devices: Allows the user to have visibility of all open/received/cancelled orders on the various devices available.
Till Management: Allows the user to have visibility of the "Cashbook" tab in your till settings.
Close Till: Allows the user to close the till and print the Z ticket.
Encaissement: Allows the user to cash in an order.
