In order to access to your order history please follow the next steps:
Go to Settings ⚙️ > Back Office > Transactions > Revenues.
Remember that you can always select the period you want to see and export the data in a CSV format.
From here you would see ticket by ticket with their details: Ticket number (#), Date opened, Time opened, Order duration, User who took the order, Table assigned, Status (Closed, Canceled, In Progress or Transferred), Total and Payment Status.
If you click on a line of an order, you will find its receipt which appears on the right.
All information is saved if your iPad is synchronized and connected to wifi.
