In order to cancel an order, please follow the steps below:
1. First of all, you can only cancel a payment if you have not closed your Till yet. If you have already closed the Till, it will not be possible to make any cancellation.
2. Now, access to > Settings ⚙️ > Orders > Closed
3. Swipe to the left on the order you want to cancel (you can only do it on OPEN and CLOSED orders).
4. Press the CANCEL button.
5. Choose one of the reasons from the list.
6. Remember that any cancellation will be registered. You can find all the canceled orders in Orders> CANCELED.
