Your Tiller application gives you the possibility to receive "paid" delivery / click&collect orders (directly on the delivery partner's website) but also "to pay" orders.
If the order has already been paid, you can only "print a ticket" or "close the order".
However, if the order has not been paid, the "close order" button disappears and becomes "pay order".
This means that no payment has been made on the order. Simply click on "Pay order" button to go to the payment view and proceed to the payment of your order.
