How to refuse a delivery / click&collect order?

When a delivery / click&collect order arrives on your delivery page, it is waiting for your validation. 

Simply click on the "refuse the order" button to inform the delivery partner through which the order was placed that you are unable to prepare the order. 

When you refuse the order, it disappears from the delivery page and is not recorded in your order history.
