What is the Customer Account feature and how do I activate it in SumUp?

The Customer Account tab allows you to have a useful history/list of all your customers. Specifically you will be able to see some important details, such as how many times they have come to your shop, or what they usually eat or buy.

Moreover, with this tool you can register a daily credit of your customers and charge it once you prefer to do it, and you can easily track their spending and view their balances and at any time.

To enable this feature on your iPad, you need to contact our Customer Support and we will activate it in your back office and application in a few seconds.

After we activate it, you will see a new icon in the shape of a bust. This is the tab dedicated to your customer accounts.
