Reset Password

If you forgot your password to log in either on your app or back office you have to click forgot password and follow the steps.

Once you click forgot password a new window will open.

Once you click "Send Instructions by email"

You have to add the email address that you have access in order to change it. Once you enter the email address you will receive the following message in your email:

Once you receive it you click over Reset password and a new window will open as follows:

Please follow the character instructions otherwise it wont let you change it and click change password once you finish.  Log in again with your new password.
