How to monitor the performance of a specific shift

In this article we will show you how to filter the data from your reports to specific time slots or shift.

This can be useful for example, if you want to monitor a specific shift that you know tends to be the busiest time of the day for your establishment. 

With this feature, you will be able to see exclusively report data from orders opened within this specific time slot.

In order to do that : 

1. Go to any report and open the period picker.

2. Click on the “Hour” menu at the bottom left of the date picker.

3. Click on “Custom” and chose the time slot of your shift.

4. Close the date picker and your report will only show data from the selected time slot. This settings is valid for any of our reports.

   • If you want to show all data again chose “All Day” article from Hours menu.

   • If you want to monitor multiple time slots, use the Report Settings Bookmarking feature to save pre set shifts in your browser bookmarking system.
